As a Closer, you'll be responsible for closing warm sellers and securing acquisition contracts on residential properties. You will be the voice homeowners hear when they're figuring out what to do.

What we expect from you:

Responsibilities:

- High work ethic

- Train with your coach daily

- Manage your pipeline & follow up properly

- Admin & CRM updates

- Be a team player

Results:

Minimum of 8 contracts locked per month

Minimum of 4:1 Offer to contract ratio

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in sales (preferred: high‑ticket sales, Real estate acquisitions

Self‑sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time

Open to learning new processes in sales

Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)

Excellent communication skills

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

OTE $120-160k+
